After cancelling the order, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Yes, you can exchange the item for a different size or colour.

However, it is not possible to choose a different replacement item. We will cover the cost of return shipping and re-shipping.

If you choose payment in advance, your bank details for the return transfer. You will then receive a return label from us by e-mail and can then send the return.

We will bear the costs of the return shipment.

As a rule, the refund is made via the originally selected payment method. Exceptions are the payment method prepayment, here we need your bank details.
